    Small investment management firm is seeking an Office Manager to provide support and help oversee daily operations. Responsibilities include; manage weekly financial transaction, reconcile bank accounts and prepare financial reports, onboard new employees, maintain employee records and manage benefits and payroll and serve as primary point of contact for employee HR issues. Assist the Chief Compliance Officer with day-to-day responsibilities, manage client statements and billing and be in charge of office equipment and services. Experience in a similar office management or administrative role, preferably within the financial services industry. Proficiency with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office. Hours 9-5.     Our company is seeking a strong, experienced corporate Executive Assistant to support the founder and CEO. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the executive’s day-to-day activities and will involve a variety of tasks, both professional and personal.
